How do I associate my domain name with my new Webanet hosting account?
If you have ordered a web hosting account for a domain that you have registered with another company, all you need to do is ask your current provider to change the nameservers on the domain to our nameservers. Once the new nameserver details have propagated, your domain name will resolve to your new web hosting account.
How can I move my UK domain name to another provider?
Moving to another provider is simple and doesn't cost anything (unlike many other low cost domain providers). Simply email support@webanet.co.uk with the new providers IPS TAG and we will then change it for you. Please note that once you change the IPS TAG you will no longer be able to control the domain using Webanet.
I wish to transfer my UK domain name to Webanet. How can I do this?
Transferring your UK domain name to Webanet is easy. Simply contact your current provider and ask them to change the IPS TAG of the domain name to our tag. Once you have done this contact support@webanet.co.uk with the details of the domain name.
