SSH Telnet

I get a 'Disconnected - Authentication Error' when trying to connect to my account via SSH (telnet).

Your ISP has not created a reverse entry in their DNS for the IP address you are connecting from. SSH requires this for authentication. We suggest that you contact your ISP to ask why they are not running reverse.

Because of this SSH requirement, it is not possible for Webanet.co.uk to make any alterations to get around this problem.
